Drink with Oscar

You can't beat a cold pint in the historic Rose 'n' Crown Hotel at Guildford and enjoy a hot parmy in the beer garden before heading to the corporate box to watch two footy games. What a great way to start the weekend!

I know I say it each time, but I really do think this is one of the best beer gardens around, fairdinkum it has the big screen with the footy and heaps of seating areas and the whole place is surrounded with greenery. Huge old trees and some nice bushy ferns just gives it a nice natural bush feel while you're sitting in a busy township.

Oscar showing us (not really nicely) the bar that is under the pub, way down in the basement where there is also a dining area as well. If you're having a drink just pop inside and pop down for a gander.

During the second footy match on the telly the girls popped into the Corporate box to take over the bar, me and Bazza were happy just to sit back while they poured some drinks.

Oh no the girls have been drinking too much but all in all it's always a good night sinking a few beers at the Box.
